Maybe you need to do some reading up on the difference between PvP and PvE. If your toon is really only just level 21, re-roll on a PvE and you'll have everything you want - and that level in just a couple hours. Other than that, I find this thread suspiciously troll-like.

That quest originates from back in the 50+ quest - The Twin Towers. Whether you got the 80+ quest depended on which tower you went to I think.

There are these things .. called punctuation, paragraphs and so on... it makes a post easy to read. so basically .. tldr.

With the right build we basically can go on and on and on working on killing something, but the fact of the matter is, with the right build, a tank is meant to just keep the agro and keep it going. If you want to be a damage dealer DD you should chose another class. A Blademaster might be what you're looking for.
