To avoid massive QQ you should both decide and agree to the rules you wanna set on the duel. Once that step is done you wont see any "legit" QQ. If you wanna duel with genie and your opponents doesnt, just dont duel.

The people that leveled to 105 in a legit way can be counted on the finger of 1 hand, and almost every1 knows their names. Is legit to assume that all the other 105 people have leveled using goonz.

FISHES are OP in general. The fact is that a sin can own pvp (duel to his control skills) even with crappy endgame gear. A psy can own pvp, but he will need lots of soulforce and good gear to stand against a sin.
