I have no proof but I see no reason why you would not be able to feed into the tome after current life 105. In my opinion it would be a severe bug to not be able to level your past lives if they are not complete.

If youre looking for most "useful" out of those three PVE wise (if you equate useful with "desired" anyway) I would 100% say BM for HF. Seeker is kind of meh for squads. i agree with the above from dark, but i would make weapon the next step after the ornaments as the majority of psychics soulforce comes from the weapon refine.
