You make a good argument for why you want to play on a pvp server insted of a pve one.... but you left out any argument as to why they should open a new pvp server.... You want all the stuff you listed? Go roll on one of the existing pvp servers instead of RT which is pve.... problem solved.

The exact multiplier math confuses me... All I know is that using an 8x "hyper exp session" and grinding on lvl8x mobs outside 1000 streams, for the increased magic attack etc etc mobs, I was getting 8000+ exp per kill.... seems pretty sweet to me.
