#10 on this is your PVP/PK Protections button. If you click it you will get a window that lets you set who you are allowed to heal/buff etc. You need to un-check the squad only box so that you can heal or buff outside of your squad.

Check your PVP protections in the top right. There is a button to open a box that lets you prevent healing outside of your squad, or faction or red names.

Yup, as mentioned send in a ticket. I've had this issue myself. For some reason your character can just get "stuck" and the game crashes every time you login with that character. If you send in a ticket, they will fix it up.

To OP: For a reasonably functioning system, 4GB of RAM minimum.
