So has anyone how useful the heal is from this skill if it procs? Is it a life saver or not even noticeable? Also does it go off of base mag atk or the dmg you heal?

    It 's 10% of your base magic attack (the number in the char window, for example I have about 47.5k mag att so that's 4.75k hp) +700. As for how useful, I don't really use that skill for PvP since I prefer 3 spark spam with the other 30 chi skills. I do use it in pve instances when I'm farming neural or something, which means I don't have to use like 2 hp pots when it procs.

    It actually is pretty good, but the primal version will be 1000x better because the proc is 100% so therefore I wouldnt really want to bank it in until the primal version gets here
