skill help

i have a lvl 30 mystic and i meet the requirements for spirit, cultivation, enough coins and level to learn the skill i am trying to get.

the skill appears grey in the list, i cant click it to learn the skill and i have not received the quest nor the skill book to learn the skill.

- heal summon
- devil chihyu

    Q -> Available Quests -> Look for the quests to get those books.

    If you can't find them, check your current quest log and/or go back to the npc at tellus that starts those quests for you. You should've got Devil Chiyu long before level 30.

    You need to do a quest to get a book for those two skills.
    A mystic npc in celestial vale.

    Also, you need the book in your bag to be able to learn the skill

    the mystic trainer and beckenast the first mage has no quests for them skills. i have two items in my inventory named letter bottle and subtle sutra but im not sure if they have to deal with the skills i need?
    it wont even let me right click the items as it keeps saying incorrect mission timespan

    i dont know why but Mystic Priest Ryao has no quests available

    this is correct i recently made a new mystic and the quest chain for these skills was changed after the last major patch.

    That is unless you made your toon before the last patch maybe?
