No Reward After Roll Call Time Out

I get the Roll Call quest automatically, stay online for an hour and then - nothing. I go to check in with the School Teacher, she has no quests for me. The quest window just says: Roll Call 0:00:00 Am I missing something?

    We don't get the rewards from the School Teacher NPC anymore. Once the time's up, a chest icon on the top of the window should glow. You can click on it and if you have at least 4 empty slots in your inventory you can click on the button next to your rewards to get them. You should look for a chest icon at the top of the window.
