Look like the 12 isn't responding, is that able to fix?

So this is what happen when i play the game, sometime (about every 20-30 min) the game stops responding while my other apps (like vent, skype, google chrome) work perfectly and this keep so for 5-10mins or never responds back till I log off but doesn't get disconnected the game just keep stuck there, then when I open another client sometime can play well again, but sometime let me log in and doesnt show the character list or show the char but when I try to get in the message count to 30 sec and kick me out.

And what's that when I log in and show the message "Server Error, Please log off and try again" , this last one isn't recently, has happened to me since months ago.

    Thanks in advance~ b:thanks

Hop 6 and Hop 11 are the problematic hops from my point of view. Hop 12 just isn't bothering to respond to ICMP packets. Probably for anti-DDoS reasons.

Anyways, uh, I'll let Sylen handle the rest as it doesn't seem like a networking issue to me. At least not from these results.

    wbx here,

also can add when I use another client to kick the account in last client, it shows instantly "you have been booted" while it has been stuck for minutes. So I think its more like game issue than my net issue.

And I have excluded the game folder from my AV protection and have verified the launcher 3 times already.

Don't know what else I can do to solve this >.<

That's because all you did was flush your DNS cache, which was completely unnecessary as pwieast3.perfectworld.com was translating to the correct IP. PWE support strongly lacks technical networking skills or knowledge.

If you want more help, you need to provide Sylen with a Speccy report. Sylen explains how to get it in the thread linked above.

You're getting a delay at the first hop, a large amount of latency at the third hop, and it just gets worse from there.

What's really odd is that you start with the first hop being a direct ISP CO, and not a modem/router.
It gets even stranger is that hops 2 through 5 are all internal IP addresses. Those aren't on the public domain, but inside a corporation's internal network.

Then, somehow, you have jumped from a public domain IP in Venezuela, to a public domain IP in Massachusetts, and after that it follows the usual route through New York and Internap, to the server.

The missed hops between Internap and the server are to be expected, as those hops typically do not return ping requests.

By this data shown, it would appear that you are using a laptop with a 3/4G card/connection and are then connecting directly to an enterprise VPN. It's the only cause I have ever seen for a trace path like that one, and fully explains the high pings at your first hop (which should be below 5 on a wired connection, and below 10-15 on Wifi), and the huge increase at hop 3. (Hop 2 would be the VPN gateway.)
I work with Enterprise networks, and that's the only probable explanation. It's also one of the worst possible ways to try to connect to a game server.)

You were doing it correctly the other way. You do not put a DNS host entry and an IP address. Just one or the other. Putting both will cause it to only use the last one written. In your case, the IPs. In Windows Vista and above what you wrote simply won't work.

I was thinking it might be a non-local wireless connection, which I why I didn't bother to state what a high ping the first hop had on the original trace I saw.

Hop 3 on the original trace did not have that large increase in latency, so it may be something else...or not. It sure looks like an internal company's VPN. Possibly setup to hide the actual route of the data through the nodes.

Anyways, I need to mention that those IPs tried are wrong. The range for "pwieast3.perfectworld.com" is "198.49.243.8/27" to "198.49.243.17/27". It looks like OPKossy's post with the IPs is slightly outdated at the moment. I may have to put up my own.

I'm using a desktop and a wired internet service.

Like I said before I had a Hard Disk of 512GB and Win 7 and was playing great, then had a incident where between the hard disk and the cable of energy it got set on fire, so I replaced it with a Hard Disk 80BG I had and had to install Win XP Titan version because of the small space it has.

Has it something with Windows configurations or game files?

Or might be a hard ware in there isn't working fine?

    b:thanks

PS: Also as I said before too, all my others apps are working fine, but pwi.

Then you'll need to provide the details I ask for at the bottom of the first post of my sticky thread. Your trace doesn't reflect at all with what you are stating about your network, but at the same time, you've hardly given me anything to work with.

If those numbers are hard-wired, then there's an issue with the wire at a minimum. That data also indicates the wire goes straight from your PC to the CO, which is technically not possible.

Also, always trace by the url, not the direct IP address. The URL is the path your client will take, while the path to the IP address may vary.
