I'm trying to submit an icon for a faction and before I send a ticket I want to make sure I'm not messing up somehow. I go to the page to submit an icon but the drop down boxes to submit it just aren't dropping down.

Anybody know how to do it?

EDIT:

Also another problem is I've been told the image has to be 24 bit but I lose the alpha layer when I do this so the white parts aren't see through, anybody know how to fix this problem also?

    If you're saving it with an alpha layer, it should be 32-bit. The point is that it should be 8 bits per channel (whether that's RGB [24-bit] or RGBA [32-bit]).

    Also, yeah, the website submission for the icon doesn't work. Just put in a support ticket for it.
