Super Cage not so Super?

Sooooooooo.....

Looks like the super cage is still glitched, somehow...
Got people saying need 2 to go from 10 to 20 slots, makes me think I'm not gonna use mine until Surtr looks at this and tells us what's what

    Thanks, you saved me making my own thread b:chuckle

    I used a Super Cage on my pet bag which already contained 10 slots, It allowed me to pick up the quest, took my Super Cage but I still only have 10 pet slots.

    I have heard that using another Super cage will fix it but i dont want to waste the coin buying another cage if it will not work again.. even more so now gold on harshlands just hit 4mil again b:cry

    I had to use two. The first one poofed and said my pet slots were 10 which I already had. I guess I didn't use a supercage before. The second one worked. It's a really lame system.

    I wish I'd checked the forums before using that supercage (which obviously didn't work)... I hope they fix it. The mod on live chat didnt seem to know anything about it though but he did file a ticket for me.

    From my testing, it seems to be a repeat of a bug I investigated a year ago with Venomancers not getting an additional pet slot once they reached Archosaur from the old starting zone. Some weird miscommunication where the game/item doesn't realize previous things have been unlocked, which is why some people are using two super cages to unlock things. The first one is telling it to unlock the first ten, the second is telling it to unlock the second ten.

    I've reported it to the devs though, so hopefully we'll see something soon.

    I just wish one didnt have to reply to a ticket like a thousand times before anyone over there would be willing to understand the issue...

    Reply to my ticket said that it requires 2 super cages to get the 20 slots.. i am unsure if that means i need to use another cage or if it requires only 2 in total because if i use another one that will be 3 super cages that I have used b:surrender

    got same reply here, I guess it means we just have to get a second super cage for the second 10 slots b:surrender pwi says a price of something, but the real price is double b:surrender

    Got 1 super cage, already had the 10 bag slots from soooommmee time ago, the 1 super cage worked just fine and have 20 slots now. Poor furries; sorry your bags got jammed up.

    They purposely put **** in your bag that you can't get rid of, just to fill up space, so that you HAVE to expand. I'm npc'ing all the **** I don't use.

    Oh great, so you have to actually use two to get to 20? I bought one for my veno who was at 5 spots because I wanted to get all her eggs out of her bank, and now I only have 10 pet slots. Some "Super" cage that turned out to be. What's the point of making an item that doesn't actually go to the full? :c

    At least it was on sale so it was cheaper in the long run for her remaining slots on page 1, but yeah...that's not cool.
