System Message spam

Ok I get it. Pwi likes money. They want to encourage others to buy packs and so they show off the rewards that people get from said packs. But when the wall of system message spam is constant and interrupting the possibility for World chat it needs to go. Why are we getting informed even when people get r8 mats from packs? That is just stupid. Is there any way this can be turned of please? Or at least give players the option to actually turn off system messages. It really is quite ridiculous.

    Duke spam, nothing new, he'll be gagged soon, happened before, fixed before, no reason why it won't be fixed again. Annoying af ofc.

    Happens every content update/large patch because that's how he is over in China. They'll get him gagged again like always soon enough. Relax.

    This is an opportunity for the playerbase to bond over something they commonly hate, more so than usual. The entire point is to form squads, find the Duke and give him a good lesson by using Emote attacks. The more people swarming around him, the better!
    Then of course after his HP drops to claim his life, pick his pockets because there is this belief that he owns a copy of everything someone gets from packs, ever.

    Still waiting for this to happen....Do they have to have a patch to stop this because if not I am pretty sure everyone would love to see it end....ASAP.

    You need to remove the item ID's from one file and then restart the servers. not anything PWE can do, so they'll have to wait until China gets around to it. Will most likely just wait until the next regularly scheduled maintenance.
