Login Event Tier 3 Problem

So, the event is soon over and it has been more than a day since my boyfriend reached his 14th day milestone, but he has still got nothing for completing his Tier 3. I already got my own instantly when I logged in the same day I reached the 14th day (we started our event at the same time, logging in for each 14 days), but he still got nothing this war... Tier 1 and Tier 2 went perfectly, but that cursed Tier 3...

Does anyone else have this same problem? Or did you have the problem, but found solution already? If anybody can help or suggest something to solve this problem, please do.

(It would be really nice to get at least few A cards for him since this far he has got only one from War Avatar Chest A .___. From packs.... Just bunch of Cs (and few Bs from S packs).This game really has something agaist him, ehehe.....)

I second this request. I've also made my milestone and so has my wife. No items sent and we've kept our characters on for 3+ hours yesterday and today for 4+ and still nothing. Though, on one account my shopper character conveniently got hers... Of course not the 100+ Mystic on that same account who was on for hours on end. Bravo for my sales character...I guess b:chuckle

PS: I also am a bit fearful that the event will end and I will not receive the T3 stuff. I know it's free (thank you) but it would be nice if it worked like the other tiers.

Just wait... My sister got her tier 3 reward yesterday, i got it few minutes ago, im way more active than her... Also, wating 3 hrs isnt needed, most of my alts were online for about 20s (check in click) and already got Tier 1 & 2 rewards... And Dreaweaver still have till 26/05.
Hope you get it soon.

Also the event is not over yet. You have until 10 PM Pacific today if you aren't on Dreamweaver. So if by some chance you were mistaken (just throwing out the possibility even if it's not the case) there's still time left to get it.

And, of course, there's the inevitable ticket flood from everyone it didn't work for after the event ends.

I got same problem on my sin even if I had all the rewards on other toons from same account and another account.
For the moment I haven't found any reason that could explain it (enough space in mailbox, got the tier 2 in time, ...) The only specificity is that the login that should have unblocked this tier 3 was 5/10 minutes before last maintenance so I shut down the PC just after login in.

Yeah. The same's happened with a Duskblade on one of my accounts. All the other characters got it fine except for that one.

I'm not too worried though because of what I mentioned above.

Yup, seems like waiting actually helps. A while ago he logged in again and finally got his reward about an hour later b:victory It was just really, really late.

I wasn't actually even that sorried about it, since I know it's possible that there would be some jam in the mail traffic on 14th day of the event. I was just curious to know that he wasn't the only one with that problem. Didn't seem to be that common problem after all.

Well, I got tier 3 reward on my wizard only, but the rest of my chars still havn't receive the mail with rewards. They are all logged in just like my wizz, and still nothing. hope that they will get it.

I got all rewards for all three tiers on all mains and alts, was kinda suprised, because..well...it is PWI...I expected a mess.

Anyway as for technique...
I logged every single toon on every single account at the start of my day (bear in mind I am in the UK so this was like 8:30am UK time).
When they were logged in I did the daily sign in and I patiently waited for safety lock to go off.
Then I logged out.
Not just to the login screen but completely log out of the account and exit (close down elementclient.exe).

Rinse and repeat for all toons.

It was slow and sometimes awkward...at one point I was out of the country for work and remote desktopping into my home PC at strange hours of the day (still around 8:30am UK time) just to log many toons in and out.

But it did work for me, so ty PWI.

Did the same except the complete restart of the client for each char, and it worked for first 2 tiers.
