Quest new form Barb

I need help with the quest for the new form of skill brb, which npc quest begins, or if it is the same fox? Thank you and if you already have the answer here please show forum because I did not thinkb:thanks

    I too have been having problems with this quest. People in my faction gave me a very long thing to type into the internet to check it out. Here it is, hope it helps. I will check it out next.:

    I checked out your link, and they said at first to go to the Elder (I'm barbarian btw),
    When I go to the Elder, he just got none to tell me. So I'm stucked, I gotta find a
    Nether Soulcore which I don't know how to get, so I've read the description, and it
    tells me to talk to Elder of Lost City, but he got nothing to say.
    Some told me the quest is glitched, so I submitted a ticket, on the reply the GMes
    told me I should look out for a solution in the forums. Hope you have a solution for me. b:shocked

    Are you level 100+?

    The quest is "Journey to the Core" and does start at the lost city elder.
    I'm so P.R.O... I Press Respawn Often.

    Ulsyr 103/103/104 BM. Working on the last R9 part (Axe).

    Yes I am level 100, and elder got nothing to tell me. and I do have the quest "Nether Soulcore Trade" under the title "A New Form!". But never seen any quest called "Journey to the core" and again, ELDER GOT NO QUEST FOR ME.

    Please solve my problem :/

    Could the level of culty be the cause to not getting offered the quest needed?
