Issue when trying to buy Gold

I open Boutique, then click Buy Gold, it opens Internet Explorer, then I get this ( This page can't be displayed. •Make sure the web address http://billing.arcgames.com is correct. )

I haven't changed any anti virus setting or messed with IE settings.

So I have 2 other computers that haven't been connected for about 2 weeks, so I tried buying gold on them. Same issue with all 3 computers, and all 3 computers are running different anti virus software. McAfee / Norton / Avast I don't think all 3 computer would have the same issue at the same time.

The only way I found I can buy Gold now is to use Google Chrome. I tried copy and paste of the web address, and pasted the address into IE Then got this message

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://billing.arcgames.com again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator.

Which I did check and all are checked

so any ideas what's going on with IE, its a pain in the *** having to do a bunch of steps just to buy Gold

And that's the only website I can't access, any website I go opens just fine

Are you using a proxy server?

Try to open a command console (start - run - "cmd") and type "ping billing.arcgames.com", see if it actually resolves and if you can get a response from the server. It should resolve to 66.151.133.171 and responds to ping.

If he already did it, the ability to access the site was obviously there. This post is rather pointless for the OP's situation.

For the OP, Once again I ask, what does it show online in your "Wallet"?

The only website I can't access is arcbilling and these links
    https://billing.arcgames.com/en/wheresmyzen
    https://billing.arcgames.com/en/charge/guide

I can access buying gold by using google chrome and receive my gold as well.

This issue just started a few days ago, never had any issues buying gold thru thru Boutique buy gold link.

I just thought it was strange that on 3 different computers I can't get any access to buy gold thru internet explorer.

So I figured it was an internet explorer or arc issue.

Wells anyways I give up and will just use google chrome, since it is the browser that will let me get gold b:laugh

And No I'm NOT using a Proxy Server

I have exactly the same problem.
Never had this in the past. Everything else works fine also.
Tried loading the page with firefox, IE and opera no success.

    Page http://billing.arcgames.com/ will not load.

    (Errorcode: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)

    ping resolves and responds fine.

Charging gold seems to be blocked somehow.

What browser are you using? OP said he got it working in Chrome.

Personally, there is absolutely no reason to use IE for anything that isn't enterprise/work related. It simply isn't supported by the majority of consumer websites.

Just FYI, looking into this a bit (because the launcher splash screens try to connect to the secure https: arcgames server, which fail on pale moon's default settings) is because their server is using outdated RC4 encryption. You probably had some security app disable that setting globally, which your java reinstall reset.

Enabling it again in firefox/palemoon in about:config also fixes the ssl error... but then, it's not really so secure anymore. Perfect World needs to update/upgrade it's server security.

FireFox is just overly dramatic about SSL security. It's not as unsafe as FireFox makes it out to be. Don't get me wrong, they should update, but FireFox is also a spaz. I mean, as an example, they won't allow self-signed certificates to be used which results in a large number of big sites, such as Google, to be blocked. I don't think anyone should be using that browser in reality. It just isn't what it used to be.

click the link in my signature. redirect loop would be an issue with your browser. Possibly caused by some software filter on the PC or your network connection, but not likely.
