Face texture is missing

Hello, So after few years of not playing PWI i downloaded it again. But when i got to Char. select screen i noticed a weird thing. My character had no head only eyeballs. I thought it was just a bug so i got into the game but no, my head was still missing. I tried to update my game again, and verify all the files but no luck. Do you guys have any solution to this problem??

    Do you still have the problem when you create a new character?
    When you look at other characters in game, do they have the same error?
    Does the error still show up when a 2nd account/someone else looks at your character?

    Maybe it's just an .ini file which is bugged?

    Most likely your security software "cleaned" the client files because it saw a false positive and that messed up the texture pack.

    Always exclude your games from all AV scans and firewalls.

    Also, one verify never works. Run three times at a minimum after you fix the AV software issue. If you have questions about how to do all of that, see my sticky thread in the Technical Support forum.

    I have the same problem with every other character. Also when i zoom extremely close on my char i can actually see my face. I will try to verify the files a few more times.

    Edit : Ok now i can see everyones face (except mine) but its the original one, not custom one made by the player.

    Edit : Ok now i can see everyones face (except mine) but its the original one, not custom one made by the player.

    In client settings set the option to show customization.

    I had the same problem when my old gpu fried, and installed a new one. tried everything it didint solve a thing untill i freshly reinstalled windows and all the drivers. Have you lately changed gpu or updated/installed it's drivers?

    If you bought new gpu your best bet would be to wipe the old gpu drivers and install the new gpu's one. If that doesn't help im out of ideas b:surrender
