Hello,

i just recently moved to another place.. now i tried to log into pwi and the arc defender came up and is not sending my pin to my emails.. so i am unable to log into anything to even change my email.
How do i fix this?

    Check you junk eamil to make sure its no there, other than that send in a ticket.

    There is nothing there.

    I have lost complete access to any of my accounts on pwi... non of the pins from Arc defender are working..

    Does anyone have a solution to this?.. is there anyway a GM can turn off my arc defender so i can get in?

    Try to contact live support: https://support.arcgames.com/app/support_center

    They may be able to help, assuming you know your account information. The other option is to send in a ticket, also assuming you know your account information.

    If you submit a ticket on it through the support forum, they can completely disable Arc defender on your account.

    I just did that a few days ago because it refuses to remember my PC/browser, even through it's supposed to be tracking via IP address. You will need to submit a ticket for each account.

    You could just not start arc so you don't have to put in a pin, means you can't redeem codes, but can still plau, there a fourm thread on how to do it in this section I think.

    I cant remember my email address to my main account and another account on the ARC login. What do I need to do to put a new email address in. I have been a Member Since: 07/17/2010 and I dont want to lode these accounts. But since I cant remember the email addresses and cant get the code.

    Support can help you recover an account as long as you have the security question answer, your name, DoB, at least 1 character name on the account and its server or the account username (or maybe even the display username) set on the account.

    Good afternoon,

    I wonder if there is the possibility of separating (unlink) the characters of the same account, I spent a lot of money in the two characters are on the same bill, so I am discouraged to play with one, wanted to use them to do missions together. Wanted to, give my brother to the archer R9rr because it is stationary, and spent a lot, I do not like taking her account and put into another account?This gives to do in Perfect World Brazilian.

    I really doubt you can move your character from one account to another. However, if you want, you can try contacting ticket support and asking them. Once again though, I've never heard of this happening so I'm really doubting it.

    (Although, I'll tell you from experience working with private servers, it IS possible to move chracters from one account to another on a PW server. PWI, though, is not a private server, so they don't neccessarily allow things like this.)​​

    They have said in the past that they will never allow account transfers to another server. this would most likely be treated in a similar fashion. I know how the OP feels though. My wiz and my cleric are on the same account.​​
