Just installed this game and then i notice the fps is 15-25 no matter what i adjust in the settings then it dosent get better or worse...

I have win 7 64 bit and a high end pc with nvidia 970 gfx card

So why is the fps so low in this game ?

I heard they use a old engine that runs on cpu power rather than gfx card..is that true ?

    Yes it is.

If you don't believe it, just go ahead of monitor the GPU usage while the game is running.

If you want help in optimizing your settings, I'll need a full dxdiag and a link to a published Speccy log.

Details are in my sticky thread.

...okay? I have a multi-thousand dollar computer I built with a graphics card that can play GTA V on max settings, but so what? Games should be played because you enjoy them, not because your graphics card can manipulate and render lots of pretty triangles.
