Server Error.

I am consistently getting the message "Server Error. Please log out and try again." every time I log in anymore. Here is all the information possible.

Each time I log in this message is either in my general chat box or regular chat box, it varies. I am able to talk in regular chat box, but all other aspects of PWI do not function.

Also, upon doing the trace earlier today I did note the node that PWI is apparently timing out on, but I'm still managing to connect to the game.

Oh ya, the worst times for this happens for a 5-7 hour time frame that is from around 4 pm. until 11 pm. EST. I play on Lost City server.

Really hoping to get some answers to this issue, its quite frustrating.

Pretty much everyone gets the Server Error Problem so really more of issue with Arc Game's server side connection then your PC.

Be nice if they can look into it. b:shutup

I've been getting this same issue over the past week as well. It usually is basically similar to a disconnect, that I can still move, but not act. And the messages I send are generally not being received.

However over the past 48 hours it has been absolutely constant, that I'll first get the "Server Error. Please log in again" message in game, then be unable to log in/log in to get immediately disconnected/time out while logging in for hours at a time. Yesterday I gave up on solving the problem, went to work, came back and found it hadn't resolved, went to bed thinking last night's server restart may help. Today it was fine no disconnects or bug reports. Until some point this evening whenI got some annoying latency, another guild mate reported the same thing, then I started getting the error message and disconnected again-- now it has been 2-3 solid hours of the same thing. >.<

I'm playing on the east coast of the US; ISP is verizon wireless I think.

Received this error for 3 hours trying to log in tonight, and received it over a span of 6 hours trying throughout the night last night.

I give up, its pointless to try at this point.

No lie. go to your elementclient directory. create a shortcut to your desktop. modify your shortcut to match "C:\Program Files (x86)\PWI_en\element\elementclient.exe" "startbypatcher"

you path may be different so please in the target field, go to the end and put a space then "startbypatcher" with the quotes.

close all pwi and arc. run from your shortcut.
remember to run from patcher or arc during updates to get the updates to play.

While I am here. PWI, FIX ARC OR REMOVE IT.

Tried what Ufoundwaldo suggested, but still getting it... Been trying to log in for too long today. b:cry Apparently standing idle for some time gets you back on or w/e. Buut this is seriously wasting our time. This need be fixed asap PWI, bad reputation is bad.

logon the toon with the problem then run out side of the area so you get a area reset IE if your in arch run outside then click a mob when you leave safezone

100's of people left the game already because of errors and GM's getting backally pay to help ppl in game and now boku has been removed for zhen purchase as well.... SERIOUSLY?

Any thread over one month (30 days) old is considered to be a dead thread and you're not supposed to post in them. The person you are replying to probably doesn't care any more or can no longer be found on the forums. The topic itself could be out of date. Next time just make a new thread.

The issue with this isn't PWE, or the servers, but rather security software on the user's PC preventing the client from seeing the internet.

The ping posted are perfectly clean.

Read my sticky for more information, and start a new thread with the data I ask for if you still need help.
