True Form veno bug

Hi all,
i wrote this to the support already and they told me i should post it here also..

(btw the *GREAT* german support (where i have send my ticket) didn´t did anything, except closing my ticket after telling me i should write my problem here)

ok here we go:

my sage veno lvl 101 picked up the quest in lost, i went to the elder, kathru ,...
BUT as i had to go to SoT i trashed the quest per mistake b:shocked

ok so i delted the whole quest on questlist,..
tried to get the quest back from the npc i had.. and yes it worked !
BUT now i don´t getting quests to go further.. not from elder, not from kathru and the following npcs where i was before i trashed it, the npc in sot has no quest either..

so does any has an idea ? (except delete my veno/facepalm or stuff like that)

    Seems to be a know issue as I recall a thread in General Discussion about it. The GM response was "cash shop the item" ._.

    Where precisely in that quest series did you stop? There are several moments where you need to continue the quest by picking it from another NPC.
    I'm so P.R.O... I Press Respawn Often.

    Check your available quests yet?
    If you bite some one, they get mad and smack you.
    But if you lick them, you still get the flavor.
    And they think you're weird.

    u should sent the ticket. i have a friend who got same problem. she sent a ticketand gm gave the item to learn the skills. i hope this helps.

    yeah i did,.. i can obtain the *main quest* but no following quests are avaiable at elder, kathru and the other npcs

    I wrote to support they said to come here, they couldn't help me.
    I am a RB1 lvl 100 veno trying to do the "A New Form!"

    I go to the npc to start the quest in city of the lost. She sends me to the elder who has no quest for me, I've trashed it multipule times and still the same result.

    I also tried this quest at lvl 100 before reborning and still had the same problem. I talked to another veno in my guild who is rb2 lvl 101 and she said I should have no problems. Any suggestions? and I've seen where people have posted to talk to a GM how do you talk to a GM ?

    i buyed the new skill for my venos fox from a npc hugs ..ps funnysilt on harslands if you need me i used my wed sit ...good night
