I have been having both health and computer problems....i get myself a new computer and when i log into my accounts they are gone....nothing.....WTF.

    This. Unless you gave out your account info and someone you gave it to deleted your characters (bad idea to begin with and would be wholly on your head) you're just on the wrong server and need to check the others to find your characters.

    The server thing can be confusing when you are using a fresh copy of PWI; I know because I recently got a new computer too, and have been so used to automatically clicking to the next page (because Heaven's Tear was always targeted for me) that I initially panicked at the sight of no characters. But when you have a fresh install, the default targeted server is Archosaur... so if that isn't your server you just have to go back and pick the right one.
