DC upon startup twice daily

I normally don't complain but I'm really starting to get frustrated. Everytime I start pwi and log in, it takes me to the "entering" screen but DC's and I can't try again for about 10 mins because it fails to connect to server. It is ONLY with PWI and ONLY with the East Coast Servers. Sometimes, it even DC's again when try the second time. This happens daily. Now, if I switch from one account to another after having successfully logged in to the game, then it's fine. It's just when I first log on.

Does anyone else have this problem? I don't know if it's on the server's end or my end but this only started around three weeks ago. b:sad

    this used to happen to me, i was so annoyed. I ended up reinstalling it. try dat, if it's possible? i haven't had issues with it since then.

    Once I started getting bad lag or dcing a bunch for a bit and I knew it was abnormal for my system (the system of the gods) to be having such a issue.So the cable provider said I had noise in my line and installed a better splitter and its been all good and that was a few years ago..so usually the problems are on the users end.
