Ok what gives, has pw really not been keeping up to date on what it does. we normally get an announcement regarding whether or not we're having maintenance and i dont see it posted.

    I just assume we have maint on maint day. Tis normally at the same time every week, coincidentally the same day my computer demands I restart for updates so it's easy for me to remember lol.
    So I'd say just err on the side of maint day; it's more unusual to not have maint.
    I'd almost say they don't -need- to make a post about regularly scheduled maint unless there was some kind of fantastic non-text related update that we'd care about in any way, like say when they add actual new things such as the damned inventory size update fix etc, or if they were just skipping maint altogether. Notes about sales regardless would be nice though, and if nothing else that'd be a big clue as to whether something maint-esque was going down.

    It has been almost 1 month since the launcher screen has been updated. The kind of silence we are getting from PWE is a little disturbing. I am trying to remain positive that the silence is an indication of a change for the better, but with PWE's track record I am not convinced that it is.

    The service that we the customers have been recieving lately has not exactly been A quality at any point, but I would say that we are starting to slip into a low C or high D rating. I am well aware the PWI is not the main focus of this company any more, but it is the game that the company is named after and they would do well to treat it slightly better.

    This game has been in a steady decline for a while now and it is probably due to profit margins which seem to drive all company's to the point of producing an inferior product these days. I am by no means ranting and raving about this, just pointing out things I have noticed. The game is still fun for me to play even without PWE supporting it like they should and used to do.

    wtf why do they need to say there is a maintenance if you dot know its always on 3th day of the week every week so why they need to tell it when iits always the same day you have now it already if you don pw for years its always the same day hahaha

    Its called courtesy to your player-base.

    You don't let them know what's going on (to a point) they WILL eventually get upset/annoyed about it, and leave, sooner rather than later, this could be the final nail in the coffin so to speak for certain people, and they will take this as quite the sign to just leave/not spend any more money/time on the game. The lack of communication about things like this/a log in event etc, has been poor at best.

    Further more it isn't always on the '3th' day of the week, sometimes they postpone it sometimes they cancel it all together.

    I for one find it quite reasonable that people would like a heads up about maint/a log in event/know for sure that is what is even going on.

    Don't get me wrong I understand they are busy, etc, and maintenance is without a doubt needed for optimal play, but yea the lack of warnings/head ups/just letting us know what is going on has been... poor to say the least.

    Some players are new to game, and don't know about the maintenances, so a message off what is going on or not would be niceb:surrender thx

    Did anyone get their Nuema reset? I still have 0/20 from last week.

    I been playing for 6 years and I can tell you its the same damn time as always.Its not rocket science dude.

    Nuema resets on Saturday, not maint.
