Error in Celestial Tiger Event Morai Server 9/3 21:00

Tonight I joined the usual Celestial Tiger Event on monday. I finished the event with 3290 points, but the mailbox didn't gave me a reward (not even the Desperate Horn). It's been a very long while ago since I last did this event. But in my memory, according to the red text and other players it should give a reward to all players who reached at least 2000 points.

After asking in guild I found out somebody else had the same problem as I had. She then asked in world chat and apperently some others had this problem as well.

This looks like some strange bug to me. I'm not sure if it ever happened before on other Celestial Tiger Events.

I would like to hear more about this if possible.

    I had same problem, no reward nor horn.

    It takes more points to get credit now, think it's 4000 or 5000. It's been that way for a while.

    CapnK is correct, it takes more contribution now for a reward; the system message is incorrect. You actually need 4,000 contribution minimum for a reward now, they changed it several months ago. The pwdatabase quest link here is correct, but the system message is not.

    If you can give me a screenshot of the message in question, that will help me find exactly which one needs to be updated and get it fixed more quickly.

    On quest after event, where says "check your mailbox for reward if you have more then 2000 contribution points"

    Hmm, I noticed that the quest text has been fixed with maintenance. However, the system text remains the same:

    It should say "Players who earned 4,000+ Contribution have 5 minutes to check their mailbox for a Prize."

    Just for the record, I reported this bug to our LQA team here in EU and they fixed it for the French and German client as well. The system message (common to all languages) has been updated while the description should be fixed with the next patch :) Thanks a lot for reporting this!
