Action still in cooldown?

So like this has happened to me for awhile now and usually it's short lived..but seems that today it went full blown nuts. I randomly get in my chat the message "Action still in cooldown" and it repeats over and over...today it happened for so long that I couldn't scroll up to even see where it started. Does anyone else have this issue or have any clue how to get it to stop?

    It happens pretty much anytime. This time when it happened I was literally standing out west doing nothing. And no...I know about the sticky key function that isnt the problem.

    it happens to me, but only when I'm dead for an elongated amount of time.

    I normally just dont care but the amount of insane number of spam i got from it the other day was INSANE.

    You probably have a combo with something like Li's Technique behind a repeat loop. If you hit that while you're walking it'll try to do the combo without a target, skipping over all the attack skills but still hitting the support skills. So it'll try to do a skill on cooldown over and over and over - which causes the spam.

    I am not familiar with this "Li's Technique" If this is another classes skill I am a bm....and I don't use macros so there is that.

    Something similar happens to me. When I die, that message spams until I rez. I dont use auto pots or click anything. It just appears until I rez. I ignore it, along with all the other little things wrong with PWI.
