While being halfway through the tw season, we need to get PvE TW's system ready for the next one from now, so what i would suggest is implementing some new things into the PvE TW Bosses.

1. I'd add anti-aps buff
2. Can't remember the HP/level, but i'd make them 100m+ HP/ Lvl 150(?) - idk that much about HP tbh, just so noone can AD + IG + Spark and solo it on imunity
3. Most important: Feature like FS's tree boss when it says to be close like: If there are not 10+ people attacking it, one shot everyone

Tbh i think 1 man factions should not be allowed to get free coin lands.

    I don't think anyone cares.
    Anti-aps buff is, at this point, just a hurr durr stop APS durr, while everyone and their grandmothers is using skills anyway.

    Increasing HP is just artificial difficulty, but then without the difficulty.

    Last point is nonsense, because that would cancel out ranged classes or at least what ranged classes are supposed to do, and archer's entirely because of the nerfed damage from close range.

    I don't think anyone really cares if a small or 1 man faction gets a land, they will lose it once people start to tw against eachother anyway. If you'd rather have blank spaces on the map, that's your preference.
    At least they did SOMETHING to get their coins, unlike previously lazy *** bots.

    If anything should be done, it should be against alt factions.

    Better idea is to implement a new chromatic immunity buff:
    Boss starts out immune to everything except one elemental damage type or physical. Then cycle at a certain amount of health to the next exception. This forces people to get a team together that can do all damage types - wood, water, fire, earth, metal and physical, and prevents a single OP sin from getting that boss down (or it would take forever if the sin would try to use damage apot to get the job done).

    Suppose that'd keep one-person-factions from grabbing maps at season start. Not that many toons that do fire damage... offhand only the Wizard comes to mind for serious flaming.

    b:sweat yes, blame the sins. Every class can solo pve TW, sins aren't special in that.

    well maybe i expressed myself poorly, but i ment just the idea (to not have someone say is something impossibly hard for developers to do it, and gave the example when it happens) of one shotting if a certain minimum number of characters don't attack, not saying anything about the range of attacks

    About this i proposed at some point a minimum SF per faction in order to be allowed to bid. I'm not against alt factions as long as they are decently geared ones tbh, if they are just t3+5 alts, min SF rule stops them from being able to bid.

    i didn't say anything about how hard the boss normally hits, i just say to make it impossible to solo - by one shotting if there are not a min number of characters attacking + increasing HP just to not be done warsong mobless style.

    but if you have 10 people, work like we used to for world bosses 4 years ago and do it :D, easy

    Do you know how people solo Succubus in FSP ? You're supposed to have 6 people attacking but you can just immune (spark, pot, genie). How would it be different ? Some classes would just get more advantages than some others...
    Or it would encourage extreme multi-clienting...

    show me someone that can imune costantly every 3-5 seconds for 10 mins and i'll quit the game

    My point is that you can adapt to any situation....
    You can use 5APS sin to triple spark very often and use genie/pot as well. Then it depends how long you need to kill the boss.
    If you finally dies you come with another toon that is nearby to prevent the boss from resetting and you cycle it. You can also use mystic rez for example since when you died in TW you're not tp at the entrance.

    And anyway, as I said people that want to solo/duo TW will just use extreme multiclienting (there is no level restriction in TW which make it very easy to do).

    Honestly I don't see the problem with people who solo TW or very small faction that wanna try PVE TW. I prefer that rather than leader of big faction that would keep money for them. And if you think a faction doesn't "deserve" a land, then just attack them

    Overall changes in PVE TW would be welcome though

    I'm just stating that this not as easy as you think to prevent soloing TW (and don't see the problem with that anyway).
    The only possibility would be to make that so difficult than a faction of 15 G16 wouldn't be able to do it as well...

    Except than that I like your propositions. Saying it won't prevent people from soloing doesn't mean it's bad ideas...

    It shouldn't be made so that a faction of smalls couldn't do it anymore.
    It should be made so that you actually require a group of players with a basic form of coordination to pull such a battle off. IE, you would need a faction of active members, not a single nutter with 4 to 10 clients open.

    tbh, tw as a whole needs an overhaul. PVE needs to be challenging enough that a squad or so of average geared g16 Nirvana +5 people is needed to clear it at least. PVP needs...a lot of stuff that I'd need to organize my thoughts on to make a proper post for.
