arcs lack of responce upon loading

Something is definitely wrong here with arc, ppl been dcing since saturday along with getting either an internal error or doesnt want to load at all. so pw needs to get on the stick and fix this thing.

    i havent been having any problems with it myself but a few people in my guild are having problems with their accounts. they can load other accounts and play just fine but their personal accounts wont load or they keep dcing.

    The only issue I've had lately is the time it takes from when I click on the shortcut to when the login screen appears. Used to pop up instantly, but for the last few days, it takes a couple minutes...almost as if the click didn't register at all, no loading symbol or anything. I'm sure that is just my computer though and it's not a big deal at all. No other issues though.

    I need like 6 attempts to get arc to start up anymore since Saturday as well.

    When I do get it to work I invariably see HT with 3k ping and other servers with 100ish, and I get a server error every time I log in.

    I know of 7+ people from around the world with the same issues logging into ht the last few days, and there has been massive lag for most people to some degree.

    So yeah business as usual.

    figures it be pushed back into the tech support area. since thats all they know how to do things with things that get busted. just watch and see they'll make some kind of excuse for not seeing this sooner.

    I haven't had any issue so far, my gf did, but we just ran arcrepair a couple of times and it resolved itself.
    It seemed to have helped someone from dreamweaver's world yesterday as well.
