IS charge rewards reset every month?

Hi ,
I have 1600 charge rewards point at 3/3/15 , and they are gone now when I try to charge again to fill the point .

are they reset to 0 if I do not used?

    It states every charge promo how long the promo lasts and when the points have to be used by

    so my understanding is you said when the promo end , the point unused goes to 0 , am I right?
    generally says the points will only live for a week

    Yes, every promo says when the promo expires and when the points expire (usually a week+ later) so you have to spend your points as soon as possible. You can't save them for later as they get reset to 0.
