Earn Zen?

Has the option to "earn zen" via offers/surveys been discontinued? When I click the "earn zen" link on the charge page, it takes me to the very same charge page, aka refreshes it.

I have the exact same problem. Probably they made a mistake when updating the wallet system.

When I filed a ticket for this issue about 10 days ago they told me they're working on turning surveys back on, but there was no expected date when they'd be back ... for right now it looks like the only way is to purchase with a credit card / pwi card, or buy gold in game with coin.

earn zen has disappeared.
So much for free play.
