OHT Pillar of Legends quest

Hope someone can help me here this quest asks you to find 3 pillars on 2 it states they only appear once an hour, the third however doesn't say that. quest reads..Savagian Pillar.. Guard Lu Shi told you there was a pillar around the center hill of Avalanche Ridge, it could be what your looking for.. co-ords with auto track to: 240 917.
yes i waited and waited this last pillar does not show,
Anyone have any knowledge of this quest, maybe its broken? i would be greatfull

Yeah, this pillar spawns "whenever it feels like".

I was there camping the place for about an hour and a half and didn't see it. It was at 2pm server time (EST). I went back that same day at about 7:40pm EST and it was there and was there for at least a half hour (left that area and it was still there). And then there's the other spawn time that Esco was talking about--around 10pm EST.

The best thing is to just keep checking back. Try at 7:40pm EST then 10pm EST though.

Hi all,

the pillar just appeared at 4:00 CET

Im told that the Savagian Pillar spawns twice a day at 7pm and 10pm server time.

Ok logged on 20:30 server time and pillar was there.
