Female char with no clother and using a bikini

How this is possble? I started a new female mystic and in the celestial valley everyone is doing the quest with no fashion stuff, and all the females are using bikinis... how this is possible? All my others females char dont have a bikini skin, just a regular old underwear, i think...s

I khow this is strange, but i wonder if this is a bug?

    Maybe you have your settings on "simple models", I know that the setting shows swimming wear.
