Helpy help?

So I started a new character after not playing for about 5 years and... I'm stuck I think.

I got the level 19 cultivation quest, and it's a dungeon, so I knew I either had to find a whole party of level 20 people hanging around, or wait for a random high level person to wander past to ask for help. So while I was waiting around, I figured I'd do some of the other quests I had.

It was all good, until I wasn't reading and got magically teleported to Raging Tides. And I can't figure out how to get back to the starter area.

I mean, I could probably make it to max level with two attacks as a Psychic, but that's so boring :p

So can someone tell me how to get back? I looked around a bit, but I have to go somewhere soon, so any help would be helpful.

And if someone wants to do the dungeon for me, that would be nice too >3> I'm on the Dreamweaver server. I won't be back for about four hours though.

    Every teleport master in the races' capitals lets u teleport back. U just need to talk to them, then choose QUEST instead of TELEPORT and the option should show.

    Go to teleport master, select quest, then return to celestial Vale
