Anniversary Gift Tickets problems

so the website says

"Anniversary Gift Tickets for every two hours you remain online for the duration of the anniversary festivities"

but for some reason im only getting the Anniversary Gift Tickets once a day not every 2 hours, even when I stand next to the npc u get it from. once the first 2 hours is over there is no quest to pick up to start the next 2 hours or anything.... so how do u get them every 2 hours like pwi says?

    I think PWI's understanding of english leaves a lot to be desired. It is for once per day for 2 hours, I thought the same when I read it but common sense says it would be too expensive for them.

    from my understanding, this 2 hour thing is originally implented in China servers as once per day thing but they last much longer than us. (probably last a year or close to it) we only get 3 month or so for the reward

    I did check other threads thank u very much, I didn't see ANYONE else asking the same question. also someone said that they have gotten 3+ a day, how are they getting more than 1 a day and no one else?

    MANY people have made a thread questioning the same thing. What is really amusing is PWE's lack of response to this problem. Seems like they are doing what they do best....avoiding discussing anything they know is screwed up and hope the problem goes away.
