never received event gold on any of my accounts.

    Log into a character that is less than level 94 that also has not gone through any rebirth. Give it 5 minutes or so and you get the four mails on that character.

    It doesn't state anything of the sort, but the playerbase has already figured out that there is indeed a level/rebirth restriction on receiving the logon reward.

    Yes there is def a level req. glitch.. I had to get mine on a non-rb which I would have preferred to get the cards on my other rb toon. I don't even want the rewards on the same toon as others do but I have multiple rb toons on the acct that could use the cards and exp :/b:surrender

    From what I know you got to be lvl 99 or under none rb to get mail, If not 95 or under to get mail log in one.b:bye

    I got the mail on my level 98 rb toon, so rb mustn't matter.
