How the heck do i get out of celestial vale?

Im a barb and im level 19. I started my barb out in celectial vale but i havnt recieved the quest for going to the main map via pheniox. Nor have i got any quest or reward for a flyer. I have quadrupal checked my quest list and evey teleporter for my flyer and a way out... help?b:surrender

    Every teleport master in Celestial Vale has a quest that ports you to your racial city (Lost for a barb or veno), and the teleport master of each racial city has a quest to return you to Celestial Vale. There is also a quest that will teleport you out of Celestial Vale when you complete some quest string, I think 19 culti.

    Sorry, there is no Phoenix ride out of Celestial Vale; that's to go to the floating city to get your flyer. This is a lower level quest (5-10, forget exactly what level) taken from an NPC in the second city in Celestial Vale (again, forget the name, it's in the north, center-west)

    Do your quests and... do your quests.
    If you're lvl 19 and don't have a quest to leave celestial vale that means you didn't finish your culti at lvl 9. Yes, I believe culti 9 is required to exit, because I remember exiting before I finished culti 19.
    Doing your quests gives you your flyer and lets you learn new skills (culti quests), so don't skip them.

    Of course, you can ask someone to summon you to the main map if you plan to use your toon as a catshop.

    U need to be level 20 to leave, i think.
    Doing ur culti isnt manadatory for that as u can later reenter the vale.
    After the phoenix-ride in the floating city, u need to talk to the npc up there. They will give u the flyer.
    If u go too high level-wise, some quests may not even show up.
    That happened when i used the instant 95 pill on a char. I didnt get the flyer-quest with him, but i got one from the pill...
    Shouldnt be a problem at ur level though.
