Okay, so I, like others here, am unable to log into the game. I get to the black screen which says "Entering Timeout 30s Elapsed Time 0s" and then everything freezes. I contacted PWI support, and they told me how to run a traceroute, and I did. When I contacted them with the results, they suggested I contact my ISP, making it sound as if the fault lies with them. I contacted Frontier, and they said that the fault may be with pnap.net (I originally thought they said something about Net66, but I'm not sure; I should have kept a transcript of the Email conversation). Anyway, here's a copy of part of the traceroute report.

    I hate to say it, but I'll probably never play again. I don't know why this issue happened, but after Support not helping, and no one in the forums able to offer any solutions, I've uninstalled PWI, and have even made sure to delete it from my registry. Maybe some day, in the future, I may be back, if PWI support ever decides to face the fact that the problem is on their end (I had two separate techs,, one from my ISP, and one from PWI's ISP tell me this is the case), and finally fix things, I'll be able to return. Until then, this is goodbye.b:bye b:cry
