Is it possible to get .3 interval on Omen Hegemony Bracers (.1 x 3).
Pwi database says 16.67% chance for one.

So is it possible for r9rr aps barb with full r9rr?

If so statistically is it like a 1 in 1000 chance to get it?

    Pwdatabase doesn't display most fixed-stat items properly. R9r3 gear has fixed stats.

    you can identify those incorrectly displayed items by all the chances being the same and the total adding up to 100%.

    BTW, yes it is.

    Get Triple int fists for 5 aps. You`ll be the most awesome APS toon in existence. Roughly matching, probably even outDDing the damage of 4APS R9 sins but with double the HPs and triple the pdef.

    Or just get double int fists like all of us poor buggers and settle for either 4aps in full R9 or 5aps by swapping out 1 piece of R9 (R8 chest, or TT99 ornies). That way you are still pretty darn awesome, you will outDD pretty much every BM and G16 sin but 4aps R9 sins do a bit more damage as a tradeoff for your tankiness :)
