Tickets and support.

Heias, not sure if it's only me and my bad luck or every time i send a ticket even providing print-screens i don't get the items i lost, 1st time was when those bad dc's happened closing the server and i was doing cube losing 2 cogs and all the rest it's needed, 2nd time was this week when i was in COA and at the end while running to the npc i get a bug report losing all my stuff that was for me a lot again provided a print-screen but the only thing i get "we investigating".

What's happening with support that even providing profs replies stuff like "we don't have any influence over game" and worst..., so what i ask is why i see some people getting stuff they claimed and didn't had to begin with and staff sends them those items that they didn't had when i send profs. Never trolled GM's or support, well guess they don't give a *censored* for me, oh btw i do charge the game it's not like i don't give them money.

    i have same problem, i send ticket -> support answers random bull**** (not even close to problem related) -> i ask again more detailed -> they copy last answer

    got that now a few times

    so either there r workin some **** *******s or noone at all wants that the few players we have stay ...

    So i was told to come here to post the issue but it tells me on 2 March 2015 that I can't post until after 3 days? I last visited on 25 Feb. Pretty sure that's more than 3 days.

    Anyway, I tried to make some warsoul items using TT mats and while it took the TT mats out of my inventory, it didn't give me the warsoul items. e-mail response below.

    Support staff are showing how little they know the game by sending you here. Also no one ever answers except community. Seems like they are either cleverly setting you up for ridicule by peers or just dont have a clue.

    Pw guide shows that it is only a small percent chance of success when trading mats. Pw database near as i can tell incorrectly shows 100% chance, or there is a quest detailing chances that i am missing. Not sure if anyone can confirm this.

    Also it is against the rules to post exact ticket responses. This will most likely be removed when a mod logs in.

    Well I appreciate the response. Conflicting information for sure.
    Guess it's a good thing I only tried 7 tails since it would appear I am SOL.

    Yes they always tell me to come forum quality Corner and post about my issues that they never solve on tickes.. seems like they just troll some members of the community but i know some get their stuff even tho they never had it before.

    And yes i so know what you mean eirghan, even knowing that i came and posted, it's like they just want to get rid of people by sending them here, like they do on tickets "Support Replied" when nothing happened to the ticket.

    This is the exact reason support staff now sucks. Too many babies writing tickets every single time they dc and lose a small, insignificant instance reward. Who gives a *censored* if you charge, go charge $5, buy 2 cogs and a coa ring and quit whining. Why would pwi cater to these useless tickets, which I'm sure they get spammed with every single day. If you have a serious, real issue, by all means write a ticket, otherwise gtfo and stop making it more difficult for people with actual problems to get service.

    It has more to do with the fact that PWE only has like 25 college interns supporting 18+ different titles that they are not familiar with. Each title has, at a minimum, hundreds of thousands of players. Most titles have a player base in the several millions.

    If you make warsoul mats out of tt, in the middle of platform. Remember each green mat = 0.1% to 5% chance to make the item. Gold mats = better chance, but really expensive gold mats = 100% chance. You can make same mats with nw tokens for a fraction of that price.

    If the support played the game, they would know, but oh well, this happens.
