Blessings issue.

Everytime I try to redeem the blessing code, it comes up saying

"Internal error please try again"

Some other faction mates have this issue too, anyone know how to resolve it?
I've tried resetting arc, resetting my computer and nothing, It won't even run ArcRepair

    None so far, I've heard of a few of these cases, but I got some last night without issue. It appears to only be affecting a small number of people.

    Probably should open a ticket on it.

    I'm having the same problem for the first time, tried everything - restarted arc and pc multiple times, repaired arc, verified client... Nothing seems to work. And I've never had this problem before. I'm open to any suggestions. b:sad

    At the time, they had announced there was a problem with the Arc software. pretty sure they updated to fix it already though.

    same problem, no codes will work, get error after selecting character.
    Tried repair, reloads, and did a clean install, still same issueb:sad

    It is now fixed and I was able to redeem the code before it expired. b:victory

    I was getting some reports of people having the issue again, but it's been quiet since last night's Arc update.
