Before everyone tells me I am dumb for doing this, trust me, I know I am. But I like a few other people have made the mistake of crafting the wrong primal skill in a hurry. I submitted a ticket and was told there were no more extra books they could send me (lol?). I know that other people have submitted tickets in the past and gotten their correct skills. I kept pressing the issue and was told that customer support can't assist with item exchange requests. I'm posting here wondering if anyone else has had this problem recently and it was fixed and i'm also wondering if I should press the issue more or just kick myself in the rear and tell myself to get over it lol. b:surrender

    Trying to get help atm from support is worse then it has ever been. I honestly suggest just giving it a month and tryin to ask again. Maybe you will get a different person that can actually help you. MAYBE

    Searching the forums leads to threads in which people have posted saying that they indeed had this issue fixed by support. That said, this is one of the cases in which support is very inconsistent, as you will also find posters saying that support refused to help them.

    A guild friend of mine had this same problem, mostly because the primal signs are a little confusing (they really should have just used the demon/sage ones). He sent in a ticket and even mentioned the people that HAD been reimbursed in order to show them that it was indeed possible, but he was still refused help on the matter. By the time he had re-farmed all of the bloods needed to replace the skill he still hadn't gotten anything positive from them.

    So you can indeed try... and make sure you let them know that you KNOW other people have been reimbursed (maybe even find the threads to link), but I think it really depends on who happens to read the ticket. I'd suggest you start farming more bloods in the meantime and don't get your hopes up.

    Make another book. No one will replace the one you mistakenly made.. Sorry thats the truth.
    I know few ppl who made wrong morai book and they had to farm influence for correct one.

    People submit tickets for the dumbest thing's these days. That was 100% Your fault, and 0.00% Perfect worlds fault. What makes you think they can help you with that? Also, No one ever received help for that issue. Whoever told you that Lied. That's like me saying i bought the wrong color fashion, Could you please send me another. At some point these users have to start taking responsibility themselves for what They do.

    Also, don't forget to charge the 100 option for the bonus to make sure your character stays on top.

    Wow dude you are now not only kissing PWE butt but you are going on peoples threads to put them down for honest mistakes? Seriously you never offer anything valuable to anyone on here how are you not banned?

    While I'm inclined to agree with you that this is completely the users fault (books are easily identifiable not only via symbol, but the color of the text for the celestial bonus), you are mistaken about people not receiving help to have this and similar situations fixed.
    PWI support is wildly inconsistent with this, just luck of the draw of who gets your ticket and what kind of mood they are in. Though, i do believe sometime recently, they did take more of a stance on these issues that are user error in not fixing them as people use support as a safety net for not being careful or checking what they are doing. (have to make stuff in a hurry? How about putting it off until you have time to do it right?)

    I think that it also have something to do with that they supposedly have given people stuff they should not have. Ofcourse there is no way to prove that but I get that feeling. That it have been harder to get anything back lately is somewhat of a fact tho. Even NPCd R9 pieces etc.

    In this case I think you should just suck it up and farm another book, cause it's really your own fault and it's possible to get another. It would have been a different thing if you would have made the wrong R9r ring or something.

    You need to ignore him/her, that's what s/he posts about always on the forums. At first I thought it was funny and someone was trolling, but that person seem to legitimately believe the nonsense s/he spouts.

    They're not even helping people who made the wrong R9R ring any more, and that's something you really can't get again. Unfortunately you'll probably just have to farm the book again.

    There is a certain sin on LC who made the wrong Life Hunter skillbook. I suggested using an Advanced Celestial Shism mold, learn the book, use another mold. For some weird reason my idea wasn't met with gratefulness and approval. Said sin put himself down in WC for a bit and then farmed another 60 blood. b:chuckle
