Cultivation trouble

Hey guys,

i cant belive im doing this right now but i need a bit of help with my cultivation.

i cant seem to manage to start the lv 19 cultivation on my blademaster.
This quest:
http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Human_Cultivation_Quests

Celestial Balance.

In the game they guide me to a npc which doesnt exist anymore (Master Taoist Muren) which is near the teleporter in etherblade.
Ofc i went there and no npc is to be found.

The side i linked leads me to the Taoist Master which exist but doesnt have any quest for me to do.

So im kinda stuck where to begin my next cultivation?

    talk to the a teleporter master and go to Celestial Vale. All classes are doing the cultivation 9-19 in that place now.

    19 culti is now in Celestial Vale.
