Unreported Cultivation Bug caused in Celestial Vale

Hi all,

I would like to bring to attention a serious bug issue which has so far been unreported.

My character a blade master, reborn twice, level 104-103-100, was at cultivation Celestial Demon that is the max level of end game cultivation.

Unfortunately with the launch of new races, I decided to explore celestial vale on BM and got a quest to kill a mob called SnowGrind Fox, upon completion and handing in the quest, my spiritual cultivation got reset back to Aware of Principle!

If any of you have had the same problem please post here and bump this thread. That is the only way to ensure a fast resolution to this issue, as the Development team is apparently supposed to fix this but they're probably too busy or not aware of this bug.

    This bug is there for far too long, it happens when you change cultivations from sage to demon or vice-versa, your cultivation quest gets reset. I don't know if this have been fixed, but, you probably had the low level cultivation quests somewhere in your list or available quests and didn't notice.

    Also, if you were celestial demon/sage and probably switched cultivations you knew your cultivation quests have been reset and should never do an orange quest on this toon again or THIS would happen.

    this bug is not there for too long, it's a new unreported bug, i know of atleast one more player on lost city server, 10x reborn barb who got his spiritual cultivation reset to aware of principle.

    my only hope is the development team can look into this matter and do something to raise my cultivation back to celestial demon or else this game has been worthless after all the time and effort spent into it...

    if you can't then can player reading this suggest any way to fix this problem and raise my cultivation level back to celestial demon??

    Hey SD! Can' you just re-do your cultivation manually, or you can't see quests?

    Have you sent a ticket? Got any reply on the ticket so far?

    i sent in tickets but the best i got from pwi was that the gms can't fix this, it's a problem only the development department can look at.

    was advised to post on this forum regarding this issue.

    no resolution to the issue yet...

    Damn... Might be silly, but the 35gold worth culti-changing stone wouldn't work either...?

    Just wondering >.< You can't learn new skills now I guess? Hope you were close to maxing at least!!!!

    hope you can fix this, SilendDragon is bad enough at pvp to have this problem on top of it! /trolling xD

    No really, hope you can find a way to fix this both for him and in-game to avoid it happening again

    I'm not seeing this quest pop up on the NPC that should have it with my Celestial Demon character. Do you remember what NPC you talked to that started this quest?

    Hi Surtr thanks for checking up on this.

    This happened in the town of Konton in Celestial Vale, the NPC if I recall correct was Master Taoist Muren?

    I followed tips from pop up that told me to visit that npc, where upon I got a quest to kill Snow Grind Fox, inside Lightsail Cave.

    Upon completion and handing in my cultivation got reset back to Aware of Principle..

    I'm just feeling so stupid to have ever entered that instance.

    Please help..

    Thanks for the clarification. As for your character, if you submit a ticket to customer support, we can fix it during our weekly server maintenance.

    Thank you so much again for taking the time to reply.. I have submitted another ticket regarding this issue, bringing the total number of tickets submitted to 3.

    The support team told me earlier to post about this problem on this forum thread hence I did.

    Hopefully with your response, they should fix this issue during weekly maintenance.

    Looking forward to a resolution..

    this exact thing happened to me on my twice reawakend assassin. now he is stuck at aware of principal culti and I cant get primal skills or enter heaven/ hell.
    summitting a ticket hasn't helped at all so far and im at a loss what to do!

    so pwi support still unable to fix a game bug they caused even tho ppl spend thousands of dollars on their bugged chars rly o.o?

    Well all who got the culti bug did finished the new culti 19 quest in celestial vale. there is the problem why they got the quest ? but it seems not all of us got it. PWI is a rlly broken game.
