Blessings don't work?

I've been trying in the past hour to redeem 75HtYCE6.
But instead of doing that it says:

Internal error. Please try again.

You can also contact Arc support for help.
Click here.

Any ideas about what is happening?
I tried already restarting Arc and it didn't work.

    Upgrade if you can.
    Or at least close Arc and restart it.

    Arc is up to date and i restarted it several times, nothing worked.

    Run Arc Repair. Reboot your PC. Try again.

    Have you excluded the PWE/Arc folders from antivirus scans?

    It's working fine for the majority of user's, so whatever your issue is, it's localized to your system.

    I have the same problem , no anti virus (not even windows defender) windows and router firewall off, in fact im pretty much defensless and stillg et the error after reapiring rebooting etc etc. arc internal error is what i get

    At that point, probably should open a ticket and pray. I'll be doing that tonight since every other restart, I have to re-authenticate my PC.

    Same problem. Im able to login on arc on my 2 accounts but when I try to redeem a code it says:

    ''Internal error. Please try again''

    Girlfriend have same problem and is on a completely different computer.

    In fact I noticed this problem because she ask me about it, I usually log in to this arc thing once per week and send what I need for a month or so...
