Pls fix Arc Error

I just cant log in..my arc is trying to connect and gets an error "time limit to connect has expired"b:shocked

    servers are up, my wife is online but I get connection timed out. Her arc cannot open forums so I had to go from the web. b:surrender Please fix asap I need to charge for the Orb sale Money Money Money just fix it and take my Money b:cry

    My arc is doing the same, cannot update the stupid game >_> I'd like a fix as soon as possible.

    Getting "Login timeout error. Please check your connection." < reconnected my wifi, restarted the pc, ran it as administrator and not as administrator but nothing seems to be working.

    Same is happening with me and a friend of mine... I could log in like 1 or 2 hours ago but now neither of us can login f:angry f:cry

    What I can say, ARC is sh#t, w/o it can't play a game, with it makes more laggy, can't even download a game w/o it. I'm glad I turned off that stupid arc defender, becouse I got a code to my old mail which I wasn't using for years (to change email of acc need submit a ticket or something, even more waste of time). Instead of making stupid programs like a ARC, you should fix a glitches in a game or make more new stuff, but yea, CN is making new update not you, you just own cser's money, that's np but you should spend more time for PWI instead making new useless sh#t like ARC.

    Sad sad day, my veno was working on getting to lvl 99 today, wont happen it seems hopefully this is fixed soon, id like to see lvl 100 next week b:victory

    i have 3 people that play in my house and since the arc update we cant get on you do this everytime plz get someone who can sort it out on it so i dont have to look at grumpy faces

    i am having the same problem with arc log in time out

    i see many posts about this problem but i do not see a responce from pwi on solving this problem
    is there a answer and im just missing it ?

    Game updates and runs fine if you don't use Arc. You guys might want to look into using one of the workarounds.

    Having the same problem here, tried rebooting pc, modem, and reinstalling ARC, no luck...

    I am also unable to enter arc - which means I can't play "ANY " game LOL my gaming computer instantly useless LOL!!!
