annoy bar how to get rid of it

Hi,
anyone know how to get ride of that bar,
it looks like a traffic light , but get 4 holes .
it shown on screen and I cannot click and cannot move it . too annoy

    Isn't that the bar for the Stormbringer showing whether you have the ice or lightning balls active? I haven't played one so I'm not sure but if it is then you can't get rid of it as far as I know.

    If you start with the debugger: 
    elementclient.exe /startbypatcher Console:1

    and type in: 
    d_showdialog Win_SysModeQuickBar

    the thing will go away...

    Until you login again :S

    It seems to ALWAYS show on my duskblade, not on any other of my toons though.

    Now, i know one way to unpack interfaces.pck, change the XML file that relates to this dialog to just "show nothing" (these interfaces are based on CEGUI) and repack it but I'm pretty cheddy maddy sure its against TOS and the patcher would undo my work.
