    It happened to me as well several times ;)

    But those ones are not that bad, because you know you will succeed even though you need two weeks to find the good one.
    What's really annoying is when you need to open three in a row xD

    Oh my my that luck ~ I think I was close to that not sure where I left off but grah so annoying for the. "fail" to go on!

    Happened to me too a while ago.. xD Damn those meridians! Though much prefer these ones where it was just one gate rather than two consecutive, silver lining is you know you're narrowing it down with every try ;)

    Just wait till you hit the center one for the third time and need to find 3 in a row...
    ... then on the 4th pass, the last 2 plus center are again 3 in a row...

    Not to say those are impossible - my cleric has completed the meridians, and my BM is at 3 from the last.

    Yes, I've been dreading it for quite a while now xD 3 of my characters are still on the last quarter of the 3rd meridian, and at the rate it's going I don't think I'll hit the last meridian for another year or so b:chuckle
