blessings not working

I wanted to redeem the blessings codes yesterday, it worked like always but after i took the ticket out of the mail box in game it stayed like that, i tryed several things to try to solve it, like cheeck if i had space on my inventory or space on the quest log, fater checking that i also log off and turn off my computer, then turn it on again and used verify option on louncher, it didn't work either so i was adressed here from support system, so please i ask if theres anything you can do :c it's actually x2 right now and im losing a lot of farming b:surrender

  Maybe your quest list is full. Try dropping some quests.

  wasn't that, neither space on inv but it's fixed now
