Fall's Fall quest

This quest appears as one of the daily blue quests but the npc never give it out. I am guessing since it's not fall to wont give it but rather the winter quest ?
Is it just a bug that it's appearing for me?

    Works just fine, I have 2 alts that do it everyday.

    It takes me to the same place as the Winters is Coming Quest NPC. I am a stage one reborn, level 96. Autumn Harbringer in Archosaur. (582, 636). There is only Winter Harbinger there. All other cities it's the same. No Autumn Harbringer, just a Winter Harbinger.

    You can only do the quest once per day. It will still show in your list of available quests if you've already completed it for the day - but you cannot do it again.

    So is it that I can only do the Winter OR the Fall quest? Like them sharing the same time span. (Like Bounty Hunter Quests)

    Are the coordinates for the two quests the same? Am I going to the right location? Pwdatabase lists the quest npc at the same location..
    I am using the in game auto path.

    The Find Quests tab: shows Fall's Fall, but I get Winter is Here from the NPC. Since it doesn't get removed from the Find Quests tab I thought I never got it. I suppose it one of the awesome programming glitches seen through out the game. (Not named right and not removed once gotten) Keep up the good work Devsb:shutup

    I'm just taking a wild guess here based on information I've seen posted....

    We are about a season behind the PWCH updates. So when they would have received the update for the Fall quests, we received the update during winter. Localization? changed it to Winter (what you see from the NPC) but the quest list is still showing the PWCH name.

    Again, that is just a wild guess based on the information that most, if not all, of the changes made to the game have to come from PWCH.

    if it's anything like the last game I played, it's just a copy-paste of the updated code into the already existing code and things don't always match up.
