Does anyone have some helpful tips to level up in 2015?

I am a returning player. As such the game as changed a bit in the year or so I have been gone. I used to level up with Frost and hypers but that no longer works. As I am a re-noob of sorts I am trying to get more information on how to level up my new character. I don't plan on rl money to level up.

The ways I know of from the past are:
Quests
~BH + Divine Orders
~Crazy Stone
~PaperClip
(All Blue "Daily" Quests I do them)
~Legend Quests (Red)
~Normal Quests (Side Quests)
~Weekly Quests (Yellow Quests)

Instances
Phoenix Valley
-This is one I would like some clarification on. People on the Lost City server world chat for groups. As I have only done PV solo I a wondering how this would work exactly. The experience gained with hypers wouldn't seem to be worth it. So can you open it multiple times in the same instance? Once for each member? Do these people just need an opener?

I have reincarnated characters 100+ and NV3 so I can handle tough mobs.
I know I missed out on that item that levels a character to 95.
Grinding no good.

Am I missing anything?

Do they not appear under the "Find Quests" tab in the quests' window?

No, but 30-74 is now quite fast, starts to slowdown at 75, but you can still earn decent exp from revamped quests and BH.

I'd stick to doing the following on a daily basis to level quickly:
1.) Crazy Stone
2.) Bounty Hunter
3.) Cube of Fate
4.) Phoenix Valley (with hypers)
5.) Realm of Reflection

Get a dreamchaser neck, squad a high level alt and let it bot for 8 hours (you can be flying during this time), squad a second high level alt and bot for another 8 hours, bot yourself for 8 hours (or use third alt if no gear). During 3x this will get you to level 100 in like 5 days.

hmm, so 100 hours to level 100.
Could sell AFK leveling service like this now instead of botting for DQ items. 1 mil per hour of autocultivating with my barb anyone ?

The filipino kids cant bet this
