AOE failed???

Hi I am a rb2x lvl 102 barb. The last couple weeks I have been noticing that my AOE skill Primal sunder isnt working like it used to.
I just did a bh59 drake run, pulled all the mobs to the boss, hit sunder, saw the lightning so the skill did work but none of the mobs were poisoned. It is a AOE= attack on all. thankfully no body could keep up to me so I was able to kill the mobs without anybody dieing.
I have pulled 6 mobs the other day and only 4 of them got poisoned. i have never noticed this before. I am a tank I am supposed to be able to take agro of all mobs so people don't die. How can I do that if my AOE doesn't work? I play on Raging tides server.

    Sunder is a melee skill that requires you to actually hit what you're attacking. If you have low accuracy, the AOE might miss a large number of targets and those missed will not get a debuff. Regardless of whether it hits anything, the life regen will trigger.

    My bad its bleed. I just confused it with poison cause pwi made bleed and poison the same icon.

    1. I know what the skill is I have been playing my barb since 2010.
    2. I have never missed with it before. Why all of a sudden does it not work?
    3. sunder is not a debuff. It is an AOE with bleed and hp regen.
    4. yes the hp regen did work.

    Poison has green icon, bleed has red icon.

    Now can you explain why my skill doesnt work right all of a sudden or u just gonna keep trolling me?

    Little bit of context is missing out.
    Was literally not a single target hit?
    Where the mobs in range?
    Did you see damage numbers on screen?

    My demon primal sunder at least works just fine.

    No not 1 target was hit
    yes the mobs were all around me attacking when i hit sunder
    no there was no damage numbers on screen.

    My sunder has never failed before the last update. and i have sage primal sunder.
